Welcome to eLibrary Services, the library unit for Los Angeles County Office of Education. K-12 educators and administrators throughout Los Angeles County have access to a robust and rich digital collection of ebooks and eaudio. All you need is an eLS library card.

eLS offers thousands of ebook and eaudiobook titles on our OverDrive and Sora platforms, as well as selected print materials in our library at the LACOE Education Center.

Apply Online - eLS Card Application

All L.A. County K-12 educators and administrators are eligible for an eLibrary Services Card. An educational email address is required.

Affordable Internet

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) can help with the high cost of home internet. Launched in early 2022, the program offers eligible households up to a $30 discount on their monthly internet bill ($75 for households on qualifying Tribal lands).

To qualify for ACP, at least one household member must be enrolled in one of the following government assistance programs: Lifeline, Free or Reduced School Lunch Program, CalFresh or SNAP, Medi-Cal or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Pell Grant or WIC (Women, Infants & Children). Households may also qualify based on household income, e.g. $60,000 or less for a family of 4 (add $10,280 per additional family member).

APPLY NOW!

To get started, please call our LACOE ACP helpdesk (562) 940-1776 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, or send an email to acp@lacoe.edu.
