Welcome to eLibrary Services, the library unit for Los Angeles County Office of Education. K-12 educators, librarians, and administrators throughout Los Angeles County have access to our Educator Library, a rich and robust digital collection of ebooks and audiobooks. All you need is an eLS library card.

Our Librarian of Record services program supports and improves school library programs and enables contracting districts to meet the requirements of California Education Code. Contact els@lacoe.edu for more information.

eLS offers thousands of ebook and audiobook titles on our OverDrive and Sora platforms, as well as selected print materials in our library at the LACOE Education Center.
